Ordering & Customisation 

How do I place an order? 

Choose an Icon – Pick your favorite design from the product listing. 

Select a Font – Choose an English font, and a Chinese font if needed. 

Add Your Details – Enter names or special notes in the customisation box. 

Checkout – Review your choices and place your order. 

How do I place a custom sticker order? 

Email us at dodahcraft@gmail.com or Instagram @dodahcraft or click the Chat button, to submit your custom design. 
A $5 custom upload fee applies for personalised orders. 

Do I get a preview before printing? 

We don’t offer an automatic preview, but if you’d like one, simply message us on Instagram @dodahcraft or click the Chat button, and we’ll be happy to share it with you.

Production & Shipping 

How long will it take to make my stickers? 

Production typically takes 3–5 working days before shipping. 

What are the shipping costs? 

Free Normal Mail – Complimentary for all orders. 

Courier Delivery – $4 flat rate. 

Courier Delivery – Enjoy free courier shipping on orders over $50 

Care & Application 

Are the stickers waterproof? 

Yes! Our stickers are waterproof and UV-resistant, making them perfect for both indoor and outdoor use—and they’re even safe to place in a UV steriliser.

How do I apply my stickers for best results? 

For name stickers, start by washing your hands and cleaning the surface where you’ll place the sticker. Make sure the area is smooth and flat, then carefully apply the sticker for the best, long-lasting result. 

For iron on labels, application instructions are included right in the package, so you’ll have everything you need when it arrives.

Returns & Support 

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? 

If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, simply send us a message on Instagram @dodahcraft or click the Chat button, and we’ll make it right for you. 

Can I cancel or change an order after placing it? 

Because each item is custom-made to order, we’re unable to accept cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. Please double-check all details before confirming your purchase.
